There
is always somewhere to dive around this island. On the eastern side
deep reefs and steep dropoffs with big fish schools are common.
Usually a few
crayfish, both red and packhorse in the cracks. About halfway down
the western side is a little bay known as Nursery Bay with large
numbers of juvenile fish of a dozen varieties. Loads of invertebrates
including banded coral shrimps.
Good snorkelling in
the quiet bays.
