Depth: 0-15m (shore dive)
Easier
accessed by boat or kayak as it’s a long walk from the carpark,
carrying scuba gear. The sandy bottom gently shelves and mixes with
rocky reefs with kelp and sponges. Leatherjackets, snapper, red moki
and John dory. Big crayfish under the rocks and ledges. Eagle rays
and stingrays often rest on the sand. The rocky reefs offer good
snorkelling. Sheltered in an offshore southwest or southerly wind.
